what does [hidden] mean?

hidden means that the user has disabled their user from being shown publicly on nypsi, this means that their username will not show on public leaderboards, and their profile is not accessible on the nypsi.xyz

how do i enable it?

/settings me preferences > privacy > then click disable to be hidden from the website and leaderboards
